Help – Browser Requirements

We recommend using the current version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer (9 or newer), or Safari (5 or newer) to access the web interface.

The web interface may not work properly with other older browsers.

Browser Version Check:

• For Internet Explorer, go to: Help > About Internet Explorer
• For Firefox, go to: Help > About Mozilla Firefox
• For Chrome, go to: Menu > About Google Chrome

Enable Cookies and Sessions:

• In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced, place a checkmark beside Override automatic cookie handling, and choose Accept for First-party Cookies
• In Firefox, go to Firefox > Options > Privacy, choose Firefox will: Use custom settings for history, and place a checkmark beside Accept cookies from sites
• In Google Chrome, go to Menu > Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Content settings, and place a checkmark beside Allow local data to be set (recommended)
• In Safari, go to Gear > Preferences > Security > Accept Cookies, choose Always
• The web interface does not require you to enable third-party cookies
• Refresh – After having enabled cookies, refresh the Log In page

Enable Javascript:

• The web interface requires Javascript to be enabled
• In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom level… > Scripting > Active scripting and place a checkmark beside Enable
• In Firefox/Chrome, Javascript is enabled by default

How to Update Your Browser:

• To update Internet Explorer, go to: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer and follow the instructions to download and install
• To update Firefox, go to Firefox > Options > About Mozilla Firefox, the dialog downloads and updates Firefox automatically, or go to: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ and download and install the latest version
• Google Chrome automatically updates whenever it detects that a new version of the browser is available
