Search

Enter the information you are looking for in the search field and the relevant transactions will be displayed on the screen

Sort

• Sort your information by clicking on a column title
• A small black triangle will appear beside the column title you have chosen to indicate it is being used to sort your information
• The direction of the triangle indicates whether the sort is in ascending (A to Z) or descending (Z to A) order
• The system will save your sort option until you change it

Customize Columns

• Place a checkmark beside the items you want to use as column headings
• Click on an item and use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to rearrange the order of your columns
• Choose Save when you are finished. Choose Cancel to discard your changes

New

Choose this button if you want to enter additional new records. The system will automatically save the record that you have just finished entering

Save

Be sure to choose this button when you have finished editing a record in order to save the changes
