Payment Policy
Accepted Payment and Processing Methods
All subscriptions and other transactions with eTrucks will occur in USD, and must be done through PayPal online payment system.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds and cancellation of eTrucks services that occur within 7 days of the monthly billing period will be honored. When cancelling, any information that has been entered into the service will be lost and become immediately unrecoverable.
Overdue Payment Policy
eTrucks reserves the right to suspend access to the service for accounts with payments that are overdue. Service for such an account will become unavailable until the owed amount is paid in full. eTrucks will maintain data associated with the account for up to 4 months, in the event that service is resumed.
Termination Clause
eTrucks reserves the right to suspend access to the service without notice, which may result in forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with the account. All provisions of this agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
